Stronghold in Korbasowy Dwór restaurant

We are delighted to announce another installation of the Stronghold S7 Pro roaster with J7 exhaust filter - this time at the unique location that is Korbasowy Dwór. This venue, which combines culinary passion with a regional flair, has just added one of the most advanced coffee roasters available on the market.

A J7 filter has been installed with the roaster, guaranteeing full compliance with environmental standards and comfortable operation without odours and smoke. The whole creates a modern, compact and fully controlled environment for roasting specialty grade coffee - right at the heart of the restaurant.

The S7 Pro is a hybrid roaster that combines convection, convection and infrared heating, giving full control over the firing profile. It is with this unit that the Korbasowy Dwó team will not only be able to serve the highest quality coffee, but also create their own proprietary firings - tailored to their menu and the style of the venue.
