Szymon and Lukasz - returned some time ago from South Korea, where they attended an intensive 5-day technical training course at Stronghold Technology's headquarters in Seoul, culminating in a certification exam. The training was conducted directly by the manufacturer's engineers and covered all aspects of working with Stronghold cookers - from installation and calibration to diagnostics and advanced service.

The result? Simon and Luke became official certified Stronghold technicians - which means that we can now support our customers even better throughout the rnnn.

This is a huge step towards even better service - both in terms of installation, technical support and full equipment service. With the knowledge gained, our team can diagnose problems even faster, implement updates and support users in a fully professional manner - according to the manufacturer's standards.
